This wine is a big well rounded buxom blonde. Fruit forward. I chose a neutral strain of yeast to allow this varietal to do all the talking. Unoaked. Yum
"Bassakwards" A smooth well balanced blend. Very food friendly. Primarily Barbera having a party with some friends Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Merlot.
Big and fruity, a little spice and smoke on the end.
"Dos Amigos" In true Malbec style, leathery and smokey.
A beautiful late harvest Zin, 2.4% residual sugar. Unfortified, not overly sweet with nice Zin depth and spice..."Hunka Burnin Love"
